"I'm heartbroken and outraged about my recent experience with PATHWAY VET CLINIC. I brought a cat in distress to their doorstep, hoping for help and guidance. But instead of compassion and support, I was told to put the cat down. The staff showed no willingness to help, even though I knew the cat could have been saved with proper care. I felt like I was being encouraged to abandon my responsibility and give up on a life that mattered. As someone who loves animals, I expect more from an animal shelter. They should be working to save lives, not end them. I'll never forget this disappointing and hurtful experience and will make sure to spread the word about the shelter's lack of empathy."

"I cant speak on the vet... because i haven't even gotten the chance to meet him/her personally, not sure if that's a good or bad thing... but the front desk and other office ladies are very unprofessional and rude. They talk over you and are very disrespectful. If they are terrible like that to my face I don't even want to think about how they treated my fur baby when I was away... Take your business elsewhere. You have many options in Uvalde and the surrounding areas and can find much better!!"
