Please note that entourages are not allowed to accompany clients to appointments, unless they are receiving a treatment as well. The studio has a strict 24-hour cancellation/reschedule/no show policy, with fees applied for last minute cancellations and no shows. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will result in rescheduling and a fee assessment. Cash, credit, and debit cards are accepted forms of payment, with no personal checks allowed.
A prepayment or deposit is required for booking, and a valid credit card must remain on file. Cell phones must be turned off or on vibrate during treatments, with usage only permitted for emergencies. By booking a service at The Skin & Wax Studio, clients agree to these policies and guidelines to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
