"Vet tech told me vet was sick and had no voice. Vet came in and voice was totally fine. Tech was very rude. Office notes are wrong. My dog did receive his vaccines and the note states that he is not safe to be around other dogs because I did not agree to vaccines. I am still waiting for correction. He is 15 weeks old and had the 1 year bordatella and ALL shots at 6 weeks. Tech and vet both said those did not count because of his age (false). I agreed for Petco to do the 5 n 1 vaccine, fecal exam, and I received flea/heartworm meds from petco. Total money grab. Absolute worse vet experience that I’ve ever encountered!"

"I drove an hour and a half for my cats appointment. I was 7 minutes late which has never ever been a problem in the 5 years I've been using this company (we all know what traffic is like). Nope they're going to lunch and MIGHT be able to see you if you wait an hour. A couple things I see wrong with this: The Dr was finishing up another appointment so that means I would've been waiting for them anyways. The team would've had plenty of time to weigh my 1lb kitten and put me in a room. And according to their 15 minute per appointment explanation they gave me, that means I had 8 minutes left. I wont be giving this location my business. I worked in the medical field for 16 years and never treated someone like that."

"I had to put my beloved cat down due to her declining. She was 17 years old. The staff was compassionate and ready for us when we got there, we had an appointment. We were directed to an exam room where a nice fluffy blanket was laid out for her. We stayed with her during the process. I chose the mass cremation and received her paw print that I created a memorial with her picture. I appreciate the compassion, patience, and kindness that was provided to both my pet and myself. Thank you."
