"Pharmacy people suck and are no help. I asked for eye drops for a stye infection and they just said “it should be out there” then left me hanging with no help after that. This will be the last time I use this horrible store."

"We are regulars here today my husband and daughter went to the self checkout and a worker asked my husband what wrong with HIS hair? First of all that's my daughter second she has alopecia. She loses her hair. When my husband told him she's a girl and she has alopecia he walked off. Then kept staring at my daughters the whole time they were checking out...So rude. We've never had a problem here at all now my daughter is embarrassed it go back to the store."

"This is a great Kroger Marketplace. Store is very well arranged. Love the deli and the great variety of cheeses. Also have a great bakery, and ready to serve dinner Meal selections. Not to mention a Starbucks. I hope they never go total self-check. I liked it better when the checker unloaded your cart as they were checking you out. Takes a little bit longer now. But the checkers are generally knowledgeable and friendly. And I have purchased a live Christmas tree from there last 4 years-- for my office. Good christmas trees-- it has been very Christmassy at our office. Great Kroger Mktplace."

"I took my son there to buy his groceries because he had surgery for a broken leg. After checking out, he took his groceries in the scooter and I was returning the empty basket. It locked up, I was asked for a receipt, for an empty basket. Ms. Hilton ran out and started telling my son so show his receipt, and going through his bags. This was the most horrible thing I have ever seen for a manager to act this way, and was backed up by the reg. manager, Mr. Duke. Shame on both of you. Especially when Ms. Hilton and her little helper were laughing as my son sat there in pain. They made up a story saying they were concerned about the basket malfunctioning, Sure, keep being dishonest."
