"This is a preliminary rating for Mission Physical Rehabilitation based on my previous therapy treatment from them years ago for spinal stenosis and how they prepared for my current knee problem appointment. Basic admittance paperwork was already filled out when I arrived. So brought their records up-to-date with current medical information, and by completing a computer generated analysis of my physical capabilities. Natalie, one of their therapists, evaluated range and extent of joints, as well as ability to stand and maintain balance. Return on the 17th of November to begin therapy sessions. Expect a 20% improvement in mobility and balance."
