"There are multiple issues with the staff as far as courtesy and in my opinion thievery. I am an existing patient, but I only come in once a year to get a referral to my endocrinologist. Every time I show up things change. When I arrived today February 21rst, I stood at the front counter and waited. I was not acknowledged for a good 20 minutes and then had a line behind me. After the staff was aware they asked me to sign in, not explaining how to. I am 28 years old and very tech savvy, but I can imagine for those who aren't have great difficulty just getting checked in. I also want to point out the possible theft being conducted. An other patient and myself both in the time I was in the waiting room were told we have fees from missed appointments. This in itself is not the issue. The biggest issue is both were from over 2 years ago and we both had been seen at this location since without mention of no show fees. The worst part is not allowing patients to be seen without paying these fees we aren't made aware of until we are here. It's unethical and disgusting."

"I absolutely love Miss Collins. It’s nothing like having a good report with your primary care physician. She go over things very thoroughly with me and I make sure that I follow her orders. It only makes me a better patient which in the end makes my health superb. I am that patient, that does preventative maintenance. And this is what helps keep me on track."

They are very thorough, kind, respectful and professional. I was seen by Mrs. McDaniel and she was so attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable. I’m so glad I am a new patient here! I’m excited to continue to be seen here."
