"Every experience I've had with Dr. Rosedale has always been great, willing to work with me on natural treatments, if possible. My adult children see him as well. All staff, with the exception of the extremely rude woman who takes the calls for appointments, are wonderful. It's tough to call in though, because I know the call will not be a pleasant experience, every time."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosedale for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the Doctors and Staff at this office. Not one member of the Staff has ever treated me rudely. Every staff member has been courteous and cheerful and make my visits calming and relaxing (l have White-Coat syndrome). I will mention that I’ve always been seen between 5-10 minutes after arrival, with the exception of one time when Dr. Rosedale had an emergency with another patient. Both Dr. Rosedale and Dr. Cannon are excellent doctors and have a good rapport with their patients (when Dr Rosedale is called away or on vacation, I will see Dr. Cannon). I gave the entire office 5 stars because they have earned 5 stars."

"After the retirement of my Dr. I needed to find a new Dr. I called several until I was happy with the phone call with the staff in this office. I proceeded to see the Doctor and he was very pleasant and not invasive which I appreciate. I see him every 6 months like my last doctor for medicine management. Great place."

"The doctors are great, however front staff and billing department are a joke. Especially the billing department. Due to a mistake they may have made with my insurance company or the insurance company made I'm out over 250$. They tried to claim I had no coverage at time of service and never contacted me not even a phone call, claimed they mailed a letter. I haven't been with out coverage in 15 to 20 years. A year later ready for my next yearly and surprised me with the bill. I tried to work with the billing department but she was so very rude and not caring. She wouldn't even try to help, just gave me attitude. All I asked is it be resubmitted after I spoke to my insurance company. I will be discontinuing my visits with this office and find a new primary care doctor. Very poor customer service at this office."
