"My sister has had to use this company because of his convenience to her home and the fact that she does not have a ride to pick her up when dropping her car off at the mechanics shop. They have screwed her more than once, but she always wants to give them another chance, but this last time is over the limit she took her car in for a overheating problem and AC problem. After a few days, she picks up her vehicle, and it does not last even two hours before it overheats again. This causes her to miss work and she takes it back to them again tell him it is overheating again then also tells him the AC still is not working. At this time they said oh well we didn’t even look at the AC (although her bill did reflect that they did) she leaves the car again when they call her and tell her that it’s fixed she goes back and gets it. The AC seems to be running great, but she didn’t even make it home before vehicle overheated again so she turns around and takes it back. This time they call her and tell her well you must have driven it while hot and blown head gasket. they told her they had done a test drive to 45 and yes, it was overheating, by the time they got there it was boiling hot - so if anybody blew a head gasket, it was them coming back with it that way. They convince her to pay for a new head gasket while they had the vehicle for almost 4 weeks. They called her finally and said there was an issue and they had replaced the entire engine but knew she was an honest woman and would do the right thing and pay them for their parts and labor in this new additional expense. Again, feeling like she had no choice she agreed because she needed her vehicle back even though she had not approved the work she agreed she would make payments. Now she has found herself stranded again with an over heating vehicle. Also, her AC stopped working almost immediately after the second time when she took it back and they supposedly fixed it. She is a hard-working, timid, sweet lady that has been intimidated by them. and I can’t believe she is actually making payments to them on a vehicle that is still overheating. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!"

"Took my Jeep in for warranty work. They didn't stay in communication with me like they said they would and they also took their sweet time complying to the warranty company's request. Once the warranty was approved it took them two and half days to do two ball joints and two motor mounts. They also didn't completely fix the problem with the suspension. I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to get it properly diagnosed and fixed."

"Need to really quickly get a coolant tank refilled for a rental car. Was quick and easy. Showed me the issue, straight forward and to the point. They were polite. I may use them in the future for repairs or diagnostics."

"The reason I chose to put a review is to WARN people about this auto shop. The owner of this shop (Mike) did a "terrible job". Their quality of work and workmanship as I said, was terrible. To not make this review a long one. I'll just say that I ended up paying him for the work and the system that they installed, and picked up my vehicle that wasn't working as it supposed to. I had many issues with the electrical wiring they did, and roof top AC unit had water leaks. All of their work I either did it myself and /or had others fix the issues I had. They definitely have VERY POOR workmanship. He care more about money than he does for customer service and satisfaction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, unless like me, want to take a chance and end up with a couple thousand dollars less in your bank account."
