"PLEASE THINK BEFORE LEASING AT ANY OF THiS PROPERTY!!! It has been 8 months since my lease ended/moved out and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT! Apartment and headquarters management DO NOT CARE and will stop responding to you. Complex ALWAYS has trash EVERYWHERE causing continuous ROACH INFESTATIONS. Complaints are never taken professionally or seriously."

"Only reason I give a one star is because it’s close to my job. I wasn’t going to leave review but enough is enough!!! Let’s just say if you have an issue and you submit a work order online and in person it doesn’t get fixed in a timely manner. I have submitted a work order and it’s going on almost 2yrs and it’s still not resolved. People are moving out left and right due to the lack of service. I’ve been here when they first opened."

"This place has its pros and cons I’m currently living here and have been since February of 2023. I recently started receiving complaints about noise and I have no other residents on my floor. Not to mention the people that live above me are ridiculously noisy yet I’ve made no complaints. I stay in a home with 4 bedrooms with a family size of 5. Mind you I live on the second floor. What’s even more so relevant every review prior to mines is absolutely true. I won’t be renewing if you have kids buy a home."

"Fridge started to slowly break. We put in multiple requests to maintenance over 10 day period and they never came. It finally broke and we lost $250 worth of food and office refused to cover any of it. Also, there are frequently gunshots right outside of my building. They feel very unsafe."
