"This is definitely a place to call Home! its safe secure you’re able to talk to your management team and they get the job done. When I first move in the management team was Carmen &Becca, they were great. The front desk clerk Valerie she was absolutely awesome as well. Yes I did have to communicate with them by email a lot and just walking in to get updates on my move-in, but it’s just something that I felt the need to do. I’ve been here since October 27, 2023 now it’s January 2024 so just a few months and I’m still loving it. Thankfully now we have a new community manager Denise Ross! she’s is absolutely awesome, so I know the community will be managed very well.I’am super excited to have her join us. It is a non-smoking community. Which is a +.. sometimes people need a refresher of it being a non smoking community. There is problems with the noise level from time to time but other than that it’s the best place to call home for you and your families."

"Unprofessional. Gave me the run around for weeks then zero communication. No answer by email or phone messages. The ladies upfront have no idea whats going on, wasted my time and energy. Get a communication board so everyone as far as staff can be on the same page. Train your staff proper phone etiquette. People have familes, & being strung along is not right. We wanted to call this place a home only to not get seen or heard."

"Mixed Experience at Enclave on Ross apartments I've had a mixed experience during my time at Enclave on Ross. While there are some positives, several issues have made my stay less than satisfactory. 1. Lack of Support from Management and Staff: One of the primary concerns has been the lack of support from the management and front office staff. I've encountered instances where my concerns were met with dismissive attitudes and what felt like gaslighting. 2. Infestation and Inadequate Response: The infestation issue in my apartment was not only a significant inconvenience but also a potential health concern. I was regularly bitten by ants, and the apartment management's response was far from satisfactory. Their explanation that it was a "natural occurrence during this time of year" was not an acceptable response to a problem that required immediate attention. To address the issue, I had to purchase ant bait on my own, incurring additional expenses, which should have been taken care of by the apartment complex. This experience left me feeling unsupported and frustrated with the management's handling of such a critical matter. 3. Security and Stolen Packages: One of the most concerning issues I've faced is the security of my packages. There have been multiple instances of stolen packages, and it's disheartening that the apartment complex has not taken adequate steps to address this ongoing problem. The sense of security and trust that residents should feel when receiving their packages has been compromised, and it's imperative that Enclave on Ross takes immediate action to improve package security for all residents. 4. Noise and Thin Walls: The paper-thin walls in my apartment have been a constant source of disturbance. Neighbors slamming doors and causing noise disruptions at all hours have disrupted my peace. 5. Unpleasant Odors: The stench of rotten eggs from the apartment below me and the foul smell in the elevator have been ongoing issues that negatively impact the living environment. 6. Delayed Pool Opening: The delay in opening the pool until the last two weeks of summer was disappointing, and the subsequent threat to my lease due to lack of awareness was frustrating. 7. Dumpster Accessibility and Inconvenience: The recent changes in dumpster accessibility have created a significant inconvenience. Not only have they removed easy access to the dumpsters, but the absence of a trash pick-up service means I have to transport my trash from the 4th floor down to my car and drive it to the other side of the apartment complex, making a simple task needlessly cumbersome. This process is not only time-consuming but also impractical for residents, and it's something that should be addressed for the convenience of everyone living here. 8. Understaffed Maintenance: With only one maintenance person, it's challenging to get timely assistance for maintenance issues. The workload seems overwhelming for the one dedicated staff member. 9. Restricted Air Filter Access: The locked door to the air filter in the apartments has made it difficult to maintain clean and fresh air in my unit. It's important that Enclave on Ross takes these concerns seriously and works on improving these aspects for the benefit of all residents. While Stephen, the maintenance person, has been a bright spot, more attention needs to be given to the overall living experience."

"Terrible management. Bad attitude from all employees. I came in to try to tour, and i never went back. I was there for no more than 10 minutes and the manager Rebecca argued with a gentleman who was simply asking for a manager to speak to. They treated him terrible. One of the residents here that i know , is also regretting moving in. Please do not move here."

"The management was highly unprofessional. I got hung up on and when I tried to call back my calls were disregarded… This is suppose to be a Fair Housing Community but several Fair Housing laws were violated. I highly would encourage no one to consider this property as home until management is changed. The manager name I was give was Becca. Please use caution when applying at this community."
