"In November 2021 when my friend lived here, there were gun shots in the building next to us. someone was literally shot! DONT LIVE HERE!!!! Very run down and not classy."
"I really enjoy living here: Management is efficient, Letticia is absolutely incredible, and maintenance gets things taken care of. It's also both kid and pet friendly. I couldn't ask for a better community and location. 10/10"

"This place is like a safe haven in a chaotic city! I cannot believe there exists somewhere as beautiful and as quiet such as this complex. It is so close to everywhere but is almost unaffected by traffic as it borders the city. The people in the management office are all friendly and responsive to residents and guests. Their receiving area/hangout nook is so grand and their little events are always fun! Will always recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live :-)"
