We ordered another phone, but minutes after it arrived, the screen went completely green. You have to have a functional screen to transfer your data. "this will be my go-to store! i went in to get my battery replaced. the gentleman who helped me checked my battery life and told me i didn't need a batterry. he then spent about 15 minutes giving me tips on how to help my battery not drain so fast. no charge. and he talked himselp out of a sale.
