"To the girl working in the drive through at this very moment; you need to learn about the culture of Starbucks and customer service. I got handed my drink with less than an inch of pumpkin cold foam- less than what’s clearly advertised in all of the images hanging everywhere and on menus. Your cringed face when I said “it’s supposed to have extra cold foam” couldn’t have been more obvious. You look at my drink for over a solid five seconds, looked at me and said “okay?.” As a former Starbucks partner of 7 years, you learn that the customer is always right. When you work hard, and dish out $7 for ONE drink, you want it right. You also don’t want your barista to give you attitude back. Adjust to your field of work kid. -Nikki"
"Very refreshing! I love it when they step-up and go "ALL-IN" on the FREE rewards drink! I like to use my FREE drink reward (earned by using the Starbucks mobile app to order and pay) for a "smash-up" drink I made up by combining all of the ingredients of a Salted Caramel Frappuccino with all the ingredients of a Mocha Chip Frappuccino and blend them ALL together in a Venti, with all the sauces and crumble toppings on top! Always as picturesque as it is delicious!"
"Staff is attentive Check your cofee though I had a watered down cofee The other day but that was only once the barista Dani looked tired and it was early It happens Im sure she will bring it again."
"I come to this Starbucks almost every Tuesday and Thursday. The customer service is always great!! They are always prompt and helpful. They even ask if your order is correct. I always ask for light ice and they complete my order correctly. I have been to some Starbucks that will put that you asked for a larger drink and when asked to put light ice they still put the regular amount sometimes more. This and the one on North Fry are my Starbucks ♡ thank you for the wonderful service and great attitude. I have heard your manager/supervisor in action and she seems very sweet and respectful. I have attached a picture of the Double smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich. One of my fav breakfast items to order."
