"I was looking forward to trying out the new Pizza Hut restaurant that opened nearby, but unfortunately, I've been quite disappointed with their service. The management lacks basic customer service skills, and to make matters worse, my pizza has been undercooked and sloppy on two separate occasions. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, they were unapologetic and even rude. I had to ask for a refund in order to feel somewhat satisfied. I hope that Pizza Hut can do better in the future, as this is not a good start."

"I paid for tomatoes and I was charged for tomatoes on my receipt for my pizza. I did not get any tomatoes there was no tomatoes on the pizza. My meal was ruined. I paid $38 for my order and I didn’t get any tomatoes on my pizza which I paid for. It was really disappointing that they forgot the tomatoes. Tomatoes are my favorite ingredient. Very disappointed."

"They need to get it together. Called in an order because neither their website nor app work properly. The person on the phone was speaking to coworkers and swearing. Additionally they had no idea how to enter the order and had to keep asking for help. I also didn’t want my order ready immediately (ordered at 5pm), rather wanted it ready for pickup at 5:45pm. I clearly stated this to the worker. I pull up to the store at 5:45pm and enter the store. They were busy and it took a few minutes for cashier to assist me, which is reasonable. But when I gave my name, they couldn’t find my order. Took a few minutes and then asked other employees but they didn’t have the ordered in the queue. They asked for my phone number and I gave it. Then they print an order ticket and take it to the back. Come back and tell me that they’re behind on orders because they’re busy and that’s why there’s a delay. I didn’t believe it. After they helped another customer I asked them if they are just now starting my order and they confirm yes, because it was a future order…so they change their story and just now starting my order at 5:50. That makes no sense. I’d wager the majority of people who order a pizza and give a time always give the pickup time not the order start time. I tell them to cancel my order and walk out. It’s not worth waiting who-knows-how-long for a pizza."
