Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered the special, a large pepperoni pizza original crust. The pizza was good, It was to much dough for me. I'll try thin crust next time."

"I recently had an unfortunate experience with Papa John's, specifically with the manager, Jonathan Bacerra. Our pizza was delivered over 35 minutes late, and upon arrival, it was disappointingly cold. When we called to request a refund due to the temperature of the pizza, Mr. Bacerra not only refused but also displayed a rather aggressive attitude. It was disheartening to feel blamed for the inconvenience when we were simply seeking a resolution to the issue. The situation escalated, and unfortunately, the call ended with Mr. Bacerra hanging up on us. This encounter left me with a negative impression of the customer service at Papa John's. I believe a more understanding and customer-oriented approach would have been appropriate in handling this situation. Overall, I do not recommend ordering delivery from this location, as the experience was far from satisfactory."

"I would strongly advise against ordering from this location. Not a single employee in the restaurant was wearing gloves. ALL of them were handling food with their bare hands. If that's not bad enough, the customer service is pretty bad in terms of time. I ordered online for carryout, showed up at the time specified in the email, then was kept waiting an additional 20 minutes. Fortunately, it was during that wait in the store that I noticed that EVERY SINGLE food employee there was handling the food with their BARE HANDS. They would stop, play with their phone for a few seconds to minutes, then go right back to handling the food. This is so UNSANITARY because I'm sure they've used the bathroom during their shift and all of our phones are very dirty. To be handling customer's food like that HAS to be some sort of violation. Either way, I will NEVER be ordering from this location again. Besides that, I didn't have any other problems with the employees in terms of politeness or anything because I didn't say much. I was able to get a refund during that extended wait time and left never to return to that location."

"Ordered a very simple pizza for delivery for my daughters. Large cheese pizza with extra sauce. Delivery was on time. Crust was cooked to perfection. Normal amount of cheese melted all the way to the crust, was not center loaded. But, no extra sauce!"

"This was our first time ordering from this location and we were a little skeptical based on the reviews. Order was placed online and delivered within a reasonable time frame. We were pleasantly surprised that order was 100% correct and pizza looked and tasted delicious. We will definitely be ordering from this location in the near future, hope they continue to provide us with the same quality service and food each time."
