"I had an anatomy ultrasound done here yesterday and it’s was by far the worst experience I’ve had with an ultrasound tech. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never had an ultrasound tech so rude. Im upset that I did not get the tech name but it was an Indian woman. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what but from the moment she walked in the ultrasound room she did not introduce herself or speak to us. The first words she said was “you can finish your paperwork after I finish your ultrasound”(as I was still finishing up the paperwork the front desk gave me). Next she just started adjusting my seat back without saying anything. Afterwards she asked me to pull up my shirt and then began the ultrasound with out saying a word. So me thinking maybe she’s just not that friendly I tried asking questions about what was going on and on multiple occasions she ignored me and did not respond. I had to ask 2-3 times before she would respond. At which she asked me why was I asking so many questions and after she finished my ultrasound her doctor was going to come in and explain everything to me and if I had any questions that I could ask the doctor(mind you the questions I was asking was just simple things like is that the baby’s head, or is that the legs? Or does Everything look okay? Because again she wasn’t speaking at all). And which I responded “oh okay most ultrasound techs are the ones that answers my questions and explains what’s going on. So do I ask the doctor the gender of the baby too” and she responded “well you can ask me questions if you have any but I can show you the gender right now.” So she hurried shows me the gender and then went right back to finishing her exam. It was me, my husband and my son in the room and we sat there for a hour in silence. I went to the ultrasound very excited to see my baby and find out the gender and walked out very sad and disappointed. She completely ruined our experience. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because everyone else was very nice, the person who originally scheduled my appt, the front desk staff, and the doctor were all very friendly and nice. But because of the rude ultrasound tech I will not ever return to this location."
