"I've been a loyal patient at Kelsey Seybold for many years, but recently I decided to try out the Stafford location due to their reputation for punctuality and efficiency. My first appointment at this location was with Dr. Sahar Jamalyaria. Despite arriving 20 minutes early to complete my check-in and update my information, I ended up waiting for an hour without being seen. Several patients who arrived after me were already attended to. Upon inquiring with the receptionist, I was informed that Dr. Jamalyaria was running behind schedule. Frustrated with the prolonged wait, I decided to cancel my appointment. I'm deeply disappointed with the level of service provided, and I'm unsure if this is due to overbooking or unforeseen emergencies. It's important for the clinic to communicate delays to waiting patients and to recognize that our time is valuable too."

"Kelsey Seybold truly cares about their patients. My appointment was at the Nexus clinic. The facility was very clean and calm. I saw Dr. Jacqueline LeGuevara and she was Awesome! I saw the doctor and had labs completed and was out within a hour!! I pray they continue with such great care."

"I don’t know about yall…but…sometimes you can just walk into a building…and you know you’re in the right place!!! I love when staff can have fun and laugh...not only with each other but also with patients!!! They also know how to still remain professional when it comes time to dealing with the actual patients. My Visit today with Doctor Jerecia Watson was a GREAT ONE. It was a follow up visit I had with a previous doctor at another facility that didn’t go so well!!! I can’t tell you what a huge relief it was to have such a calm, cool and collective Doctor taking care of my medical needs. Her patience and compassion really showed during our visit together. I’m upset with myself I didn’t get the nurses name that took my vitals. But he was just as great. Charm, the phlebotomist downstairs is just as superb!!! For as fast paced as her job is…she really knows how to take her time with patients and not make them feel rushed!!! This will most definitely be my go to facility!!! The welcome staff up front really make you feel welcome and not just another billing they have to process. I highly recommend this location!!!"
