"I went in for impacted ear wax possible infection. They overcharged me literally 2x what I should have paid, and when I explained the issue to the doctor AFTER paying his response was verbatim: “so what do you want me to do about it”. You are the doctor I just paid to tell ME what we’re gonna do!!!! The only reason I gave a 2nd star is to the nurse who cleared my ear and told me there was an infection, which the doctor denied and I went to ANOTHER urgent care who confirmed I had a sever ear infection. Terrible."
"Why are you turning people away for a simple blood pressure check? Some excuse “you can’t do a consult if your blood pressure is too high or too low”. The doctor just told the patient to return the next day for a reading. Well, you will be liable if something happens while she’s seeking another place to do your job. This place needs to be investigated. The staff stated they don’t know why the doctor would tell you to come back and he’s not even here. Where is the PA? I’m visiting TX and this happened to my friend. I hope someone in the medical profession take heed to this disservice and investigate.. it is not over!"
"Stopped by for a check up and the staff was super nice, friendly, and informative. The front desk receptionist, Alejandra, the nurse (who I’m so sorry I forgot her name), and Dr. Syed were very kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my health issues and really reassured me. I’ll be seeing them again soon!"

"Dropped in to get my daughter a sports physical on a Saturday at 11am. We were greeted by a warm and friendly front office staff, Jocelyn and Kita (if memory serves me right). They got us in and out within a 1/2 hour..paperwork and all. Dr. Elevazo, was friendly and explained everything she was checking before each check. Can't complain about anything..the office both waiting area and exam rooms were clean. Most notable, was that the front office staff paused the TV when talking to us...5*"
