"100% pure incompetence from when it comes to getting your prescriptions called in. One of my family members has had to switch to this doctor after swapping insurance and has to go in monthly to get their perscriptions refilled. The past three months they have had to wait 4-7 days past their 30 day supply to get theirs prescriptions called in, despite being told they would be called in after the appointment."
