"Horrible customer service! They open at 10:00 AM, I arrived at 10:30 for a walk in. There was no other customers in the salon and 1 employee. I told her what I would like to have done and she asked me to have a seat and wait a few minutes. After watching her clean her salon and fill up each stations chemicals as if I wasn't sitting there waiting for 15 minutes I walked out, it wasn't until that moment that was when she wanted to help me. I ended up going to Hermosa Nail Bar and had an amazing experience with absolutely gorgeous nails!"

"I came in today to get a pedicure and they are great! They have put up plastic curtains between the chairs and shields and sanitizer for every station. I felt very safe, there wasn't a lot of people and the staff were great about getting me in and out in a safe manner. Not to mention they always do a great job! If you are like me and have been avoiding going to the salon because of covid, this place will take care of you!"
"I love this nail salon, good quality service they check you in quickly. My mom loves getting her natural nails done by (Elizabeth) here but a lot of people come for the gel, acrylic nails and see the lady in the front or the guy that sits in the back of the salon. The guy in the back is the best. Good service when in the area. Got a pedicure by Wynn( Hyn) $25 pedicure +5 French $30"
