"I contacted customer service regarding my car payment after my car was totaled and was told I was just "making a bunch of excuses" and was told that I should still have money for my payments if I'm working (even though I clearly told him that I was injured in my car wreck and had new expenses from that). He was being very rude as I was talking in a calm manner and I stated, "that's a very personal question." He then hung up in my face.
