When called their check processing dept, they say they have robust process and doesn't see a need for improvement. How will they improve when they don't even see the problem?"

I called left 2 messages for him after I never head from him, no response to my calls. We have three accounts, looking at other options. Why have a private banker who doesn’t do anything?"
