"Had an issue with one woman over the phone and it was just a turn off. She was offended when I asked about appointment availability first when I was just trying to save her time before she took down all my information and filled out my chart. Working in a doctor office myself, I understand how time consuming that can be. I know that a lot of doctor offices get pretty full very quickly which is why I asked first thinking I was saving her the trouble but I guess not. When picking an OB I always like to go to a place where all the staff is friendly, great and I feel comfortable. The woman already made me feel uncomfortable from the very beginning over the phone and I had wanted to end the call immediately but I stayed on just to see if there would be a turning point but there definitely wasn’t. I’m sure in person it would be a nightmare. Like I said, definitely a turn off."
"Dr A in this practice is lovely. Front Desk ladies are very friendly in person. I had an issue with one woman over the phone re-scheduling an appointment the office canceled due to an emergency but overall the office is fine."
"Just had our baby delivered by Dr.A here. She was fantastic. Every appointment leading up to birth and birth were handled efficiently an effortlessly. I couldn't recommend Dr. A any more! Our baby was breach so we had do a version which turns the baby head down and she was successful. Delivery was great and we now have a sweet healthy little girl. Thank you Dr.A!"
