"I have been using this store for the past 5 years and I never had any bad experience. This store has a wide range of Indian food products. It's like you name it and you can find that product in the store. Very clean and decent environment to shop your groceries. Best store with nice and friendly cashiers. "My recent shopping experience at Patel Brothers left much to be desired, primarily due to the poor customer service and cashier service I encountered. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with indifference and lack of assistance from the staff. Despite needing help locating specific items, the staff seemed disinterested in providing any assistance or guidance. When I approached a cashier to check out, I was met with rudeness and impatience. The cashier seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than efficiently processing my transaction, resulting in a frustratingly long wait. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. The aisles were cluttered and poorly organized, making it difficult to navigate and find products. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail further detracted from the shopping experience. Overall, my visit to Patel Brothers was marred by the subpar customer service and cashier service. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism exhibited by the staff significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been a pleasant shopping experience. I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return in the future."
