"Can I have a shopping cart that's not full of bird poop or wheels that aren't broken? The shopping carts need to be powerwashed!! Disgusting!! Shutting down the self checkout lines to just a few open is insane!! I had icecream, I stood in line so long it was soft serve. I won't buy gift cards either, it's not worth the hassle, I've had several that did not work. Very disappointed in this once great place."
"I’ve never been more disgraced at a Kroger in my life. Employees were not efficient or helpful. We tried to buy a singular bottle of wine as a gift. At the cashier, rather than carding just the individual purchasing the product they were carding the whole party she came with. So as a result, since not everybody had an ID we could not purchase the gift because according to the manager, “it is Texas law that everyone needs to be carded. Not just the individual purchasing the alcohol “. Regardless of the party being 22+, because one person did not have their ID the individual making the purchase could not do so. This is not Texas law. This is discrimination. Unless this is a NEW store policy, never have I had that happen to me before at a bar, liquor store, or other grocery store. Truly unprofessional behavior and knowledge of the law."

"I watched these three employees harass this young women at self checkout. Please be careful because I have never in my life seen an attack such as this, the lady wasn’t arguing or trying to steal she stood there in tears as they looked at a good 4 or 5 items that were missed when scanning and even called the police on her!! I am disgusted at this behavior and will definitely not be coming back these people need to be retrained or fired."
"Dear Management I would like to bring this to your attention, this is unacceptable. The gentleman and lady working the night shift did an exemplary job. Why would you close the cashiers before 8:30? Am sure you have people who would want to work those lanes. Cutting work hours to save some money for shareholders ? While your customers spend more time in the line than the time it took them to shop? Let’s do better."
