"Bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned more often. I shop at the store regularly. The clearance area is a mess. There is nothing sadder than different holiday items three to six months after the holiday. There is also a mixture of items that aren't clearance which is also crowding tge already tight space. Just donate the leftover holiday stuffed and put grocery items only. Thanks"
"I went to the florist department to get a small arrangement done. Olga Williams was the most rude person and was not helpful at all. PJ on the other hand was the sweetest and most helpful and took her time with helping with what I needed. PJ asked Olga for help with something small and she simply told her no I don’t want any parts of that. I shop here often and always get good service but I’m not sure if I caught Olga on a bad day or what it was. Thanks again Ms.PJ"
"Terrible! Why offer delivery but take no accountability for the drivers your company is hiring. I do not appreciate spending my money on groceries from your establishment, paying a monthly fee for FRESH PASS, paying a delivery fee, and tipping, to then be advised you aren’t responsible for the driver making it to me when im paying your company??? This is completely unacceptable and this is the last time i’ll be giving Tom Thumb any of my money! in store or delivery; done!"
"this place sucks i went there for some digital coupons that i had and they don't even work. tons of stuff are marked wrong like some chips are marked $2.99 but come up as $7.99 workers are rude and you always end up at customer service after u pay for ur items, if you do come here make sure to check ur receipt cuz they always get something wrong . when i tried to refund those chips btw she had to give me store credit and wouldn't give me my money"
