"I want to say that Susan T. is hands down one of the very best apartment managers I have ever had, and I have had many! She is truly service-oriented in her approach with residents, and seems genuinely interested in making our complex a safe and comfortable place to live. From what I have observed, she continually strives to improve the Villas at Shadow Oaks. I can only hope that she continues to our manager—give this girl a raise so we can keep her! I also want to add that Paul, our assistant manager, is a lovely addition to the team. Like Susan, he is courteous and helpful. I feel happy knowing that if I need assistance with something, they will go out of their way to resolve it!"

"I've been a resident here for almost 2 years now. I love calling this place "home". The staff always greets me with a smile and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. The facilities are kept clean and available when needed during normal hours. I live alone here and could not feel any safer anywhere else, love the manager Susan she is awesome ."

"The manager and staff here are phenomenal! They treat me like I am a V.I.P. I will recommend the Villas at Shadow Oaks to anyone looking for a great place to call home. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff is always on top of things. I absolutely love our manager. My domestic partner and I have been here for about 6 years and we are very pleased with our experience here. Oh, and my dog, Demetri gives it 5 enthusiastic barks!!!"

"FIRST THING I REGRET is not considering the reviews that people have posted about roaches, noise and poor management. I WISH I HADN’T MOVED HERE. First thing that greeted me in the apartment was lots of ROACHES moving around. I took the pictures and video and showed the management but they didn’t act like they actually care. Later The pest control came a few times but the problem was not solved. Pest control would not come Even after I was told they are sending pest control. For every issues in the apartment including roaches, broken dryer, noises manager will always says I CAN’T DO ANYTHING. I have heard this “I CAN’T DO ANYTHING” so many times i just stop calling them. What’s the point in telling them the issue this stupid apartment has when it is not going to be solved? The manager will make it seem like we are at wrong for voicing the issues instead of trying to understand and solve our problem. Tell me you would be fine when roaches runs on your food you just put in the plate to eat. Tell me you would be fine when you and your little baby can not stay peacefully in your own room, sleep well at night and wake up startled because of the noise, that you are paying for, you would be FINE? I AM NOT STAYING FOR FREE HERE. This has been the worst 8 months stay of my life."
