"if youre thinking about moving here DO NOT DO IT. the rent is cheap for a reason youre gonna be living with roaches it doesnt matter how clean you live cause the roaches live in the walls they even roam around during the daytime!!! they don’t replace appliances they just come in & keep trying to fix them over & over & they keep breaking. I don’t know how apartment buildings work but im pretty sure if the same appliance keeps breaking you should just replace it! the ladies in the office are rude and unprofessional and I cannot wait to not live here anymore"
"Have lived here for going on 3 yrs and this place was bad when I moved my family here, but I was out of options so I had no choice. Since we moved in, this place has gotten even worse. I have always hated living here, but now, I would rather sleep in my truck just so it doesn't get towed AGAIN. The rent gets raised by roughly $300 yrly plus there's always some ridiculous fee they add on top of that. They still have yet to paint my designated reserved parking spots , but will tow your vehicle quick for parking in a spot so faded that it can't be seen at night time, but tow you quick for parking there."

So excited about moving in my apartment soon thanks to Rosario! I will be recommending friends and family to go visit Rosario at Sunridge Apts!!"
"Never had such an amazing leasing agent like Briana she literally had the best personality she took her time explaining & answering all my questions! I will definitely be referring more people, it was a 10 out of 10 I will definitely get the apartment was so clean and comfortable as soon as I walked in. She's amazing ♥️"
