"Had amazing costumer service thanks Daneyale. She was so helpful and understanding with getting our reservation squared away. Plus the place was clean. The rooms where super nice as well."

"Beware before you book here!! When I arrived at the property after a 5 hour drive we informed the front desk agent we wanted to pay with our credit card instead of the card on file. So she ran our credit card for the full price like we expected. Turns out our debit card was also charged for half the amount. She was rude to my husband when he tried to joke around with her. The next day we wanted to extend our stay for one night longer than expected because we were not able to go back home and she told us to just do it through the booking website instead of with her right then and there, I informed her the booking site wasn't allowing it so then she decided she could do it at that point. It was like she just didn't want to deal with us. Not only did the property steal over 200 from our account they didn't want to take the blame for it either and said we need to wait for the return because the booking site took it. On top of all that our room was so loud all night we could hear people coming and going at all hours, people loud in the hallways. The breakfast was not it and the kitchen workers seemed annoyed if you asked for assistance. It's like the whole staff was annoyed and couldn't be bothered."

"The scents emanating from fellow travelers (and long empty elevators) strangely coincided with droopy eyes and smiling faces. One shouldn't have to sacrifice their budget to avoid exposure to such experiences by selecting higher priced accommodations."

"The Hotels location is extremely helpful when you need to be close to the airport, and run errands in Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Very Clean Rooms Check in and out process was a breeze, the complimentary 24hr Coffee availability very helpful and needed. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in DFW."

"This is the worst experience that I’ve had at hotel in years. The comforter in my room was disgusting, covered in stains. It looked like someone ate Cheetos and then rubbed their hands all over it. I obviously requested a new one, and was brought a torn up comforter with even more stains. Needless to say, I went out and bought my own blanket. The floor of the room was sticky, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed and the counters were dirty. The plug in the bathtub didn’t work. The staff was also rude and unwelcoming. There are several better, cheaper hotels all over this area. Don’t stay here."
