"Dr. Jennifer Saenz is so wonderful! She came highly recommended by our former pediatrician in Houston and she is everything I was told she would be. She is so patient, caring, and listens to your concerns. She also is responsive via online messages which is helpful for simple questions. The PAs are also so great and you can tell the culture there is amazing and it shines through their care for my son. The front staff is very nice too! Always friendly went checking in or calling for an appointment. We live 30 minutes away and the drive for this level of care is worth every minute!"
"Dr. Jennifer Saenz is wonderful! She is very patient, caring, and attentive. She reads notes thoroughly and listens to your concerns without judgement. Dr. Saenz is also very knowledgeable and acknowledges the child through conversation. Both physicians take the time to evaluate and assess my daughters. Ms. Tijerina is polite and hardworking. She has made good suggestions in regards to the care of my daughters. Very organized. We are thankful to have them as our daughters’ doctors."
"Terrible policy in place. They don't see walk-ins and never seem to have appointments available when my kids are sick. They need to manage their schedule better to make time for those kids that unexpectedly get sick. Twice already I've had my kids wake up with a fever and they tell me there's nothing they can do about seeing them without an appointment. I will be finding a different clinic that can accommodate my kids when the NEED it. Will not be recommending this clinic to anyone I know."
"Great service but horrible policy in place. You are unable to schedule an appointment or go in as a walk in if they are full. You do not plan for your children to become ill and having to find alternative physicians at other offices that do accept walk ins is absurd. Luz Deleon and supervisor Julie C did not make exceptions to see my child who became ill. It’s time like this where you realize they do not care for the child’s health."
"Always have a good experience bringing in my son to see Dr. Jennifer Saenz. Staff is friendly I’ve never had any issues, clinic is very clean and there is 2 separate lobby’s for healthy or sick children. Would definitely recommend"
