"WORST DRIVE THRU SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered 2 shimp tackel box that's advertised in the kiosk before ordering. Was cut off before telling them order was wrong. Drive to window, young lady seems to be in a bad mood, proceeds to give me my total of around $19 when it's $5.99 per meal. I am trying to explain what i want but yells at manager in Spanish that she doesn't understand what I am saying. Manager tries to help her but she interrupts him and says she now knows what I want. She doesn't ask but tells me "I can sell you an 8 piece shrimp box". Still not what I want, tell her again and she's yelling at manager again. Tell her to cancel my order and mumbled something before I drove off. Went to Popeyes #11459 they got the order correct but most important they were super courteous."
"Went for a meal before work got to work my chiken strips were literally raw pink inside & hard looked like they were just heated in a microwave not even cooked! So disappointed because i couldn't go back to get another meal because i had to go into work ! Never again! They were nice about going for re done chicken strips but really why even bother! Not to mention the lady that took my order in the intercom rude!"
"Stopped by here Saturday evening. The chicken was great as always, crispy, juicy and fresh. The mash potatoes had that awesome Cajun gravy. The bisciuts, fresh and buttery. Everything that we ordered was a 10 out of a 10. Service was good as well. Thoroughly entire our meal."
"Really nice staff, friendly. They speak spanish. I ordered so many different combos with different sides and everything was correct. Really good flavour. The shrimp was too small and a bit too much dough, but the rest everything good. The shrimp also comes with cocktail sauce and if you order with chicken you get another sauce. Also the ladies restroom was missing paper, after telling the employee they immediately went to put two rolls"
