I used to love the old-school tokens and tickets; they added to the nostalgic feel of being a kid. The staff was decent, and the food remained consistently excellent. I’ve been a regular here since childhood, and it’s nice to share the same fun with my own kids now."

"Very disappointed in the customer service today. I came from San Antonio to have a nice lunch with my family, the cashier who attended us had a HUGE attitude, instead of saying “Hi Goodmorning, how can I help you today?” Or something similar she walked up to the register and said “YES?” Like if we were bothering her. She made no eye contact, and when she gave me my receipt she didn’t say “your food will be right out” or “thank you” or anything and she just walked off when we were not done ordering and were gonna put a separate order and NOBODY with this kind of attitude should be working a register if they’re not gonna be a people person. All the employees were just standing around staring at each other and just observing the bad customer service. We came in a good mood, and that ruined the experience. You all should be training your employees to greet customers and thank them aswell."
