"Second time in a month they give me my order wrong, we ordered 2 stuffed crust and they only gave me one stuffed and the other regular crust. Second time I ordered a stuffed crust w pepperoni and jalapeño and they ddnt add the jalapeño but charged me for two toppings"

"This is by far the worst location Pizza hut has. I have had both good and bad experiences with Pizza Hut all over the valley and in San Antonio, but I have never had a good experience at this location. Food is terrible, incomplete orders, delivery takes way longer than expected, and nothing is done to fix it. I wish this Pizza Hut did not service my home. I am forced to order from Domino's. It's unfortunate that I can't give 0 stars. 1 star indicates they are doing something right. My order arrived at 10:30 pm. It was scheduled to arrive at 9:27 pm. Wings were cold, and I was told that their systems were down for a while. Funny how the system that charges customers was working, but not the system that gets my order done on time."

"It’s Halloween and I ordered pizza for the kids. I placed the order at 7:38pm, was told it would take 30-40 min for delivery. I received a messaged that it was going to be delivered through door dash.. I constantly kept tracking it because I had a house full of hungry children looking forward to pizza for dinner. It is now, 9:05, the tracker keeps extending the delivery time.. I contacted Pizza Hut location where I ordered and there was no answer. After numerous attempts, I finally got connected to someone. She informed me that my order was just sitting there waiting for a driver. It has been almost 2 hours since I ordered… it is ridiculous. The lady on the phone did not even apologize, did not make the situation any better.. I told her i was just going to cancel since she didn’t give me any hope of anyone delivering my order. She voided the order and was not able to give me a definite answer on my refund. I definitely would not recommend this location."

"I ordered early about 11am 9/9/23 on the app to pick up at 5:30 5 large pizzas 56 wings and 2 double orders of breadstix at 4:30 they called me to confirm my order and at 5:20 it was ready hassle free awesome place never have a problem with this store I didn't catch the lady's name since I was in a hurry to go to a birthday party but I want to say she's in her mid 40s tall skinny black hair very helpful she's usually there when I pick up got to the party all my items complete and tasteful everyone was happy thanks to all who also helped prepare my order"

"I always order from this location and this time i was disappointed, pizza was just ugly. The driver couldnt even get off his car to give me my order. I had to walk to his car to get it. Horrible customer service. Order just tasted weird like if its frozen or something. Hardly had any sauce on the thin crust and they didnt even put extra pepperonni like i requested."
