"Don't hire this guy. Others say he won't finish a job but for me he never really started it. He took the "down payment " then showed up late that evening to send a pic of his level sitting on my porch. He also dug up a small amount of dirt and rocks and left them on a tarp on my lawn. Basically just a mess I had to clean up. After that for several days he just gave excuses why had never come back. He even tried to intimidate me by saying I had violated my HOA rules by not doing certain things that he had never mentioned previously. You gotta love a guy who will gaslight you and make it your fault he never came back. He's a true con man and behave as such so don't fall for his "aww shucks, I'm a small town good ol' boy" vibe he throws at you. It's all an act and he's a scammer. The pictures show what I got for my money. Save yourself some major headaches and needless money spent, avoid Devin Stelzig and Budget House Leveling and any other business names he's associated with."

"At first Devin won us over with his polite manner so he hired him based on reviews, price and character. I hired him but not his father-in-law Joe. Joe shows up with some kid. They did not even do any of the contracted work. I could not understand him due to him having throat surgery so I was kind enough for him to come back to finish the job. Months later I had him come back out because the house because it was going back to the original level. I showed Joe the work order and he told me that he did not do what was on the contract and he said he would go back to Devin and talk about it. I even had a second company come out to give me a quote. I explained the situation and they informed me that all work that was done was not even up to par. The metal shims weren't even touching the beams and the jacks were still left under the house. I texted Devin to explain how disappointed I was and he says "I don't know what's to be disappointed about? That happens." So I asked when they will and actually do the job they were suppose to do, crickets. He does not call back or text back. This was a year ago and I'm just now writing this because I feel like now I have too because I'm seeing people go thru the same thing I went thru. Go cheap, you get cheap."

"Devon was wonderful from budget house leveling. He went above and beyond in trying to rectify a serious driveway problem. Unfortunately, our driveway was unable to be raised or leveled and needed to be totally demolished. Devon does not do concrete installation projects of this type. However, he worked diligently in finding a fix but was unable to fix our dilemma. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking to level homes, porches, or even driveways that could be repaired with his expertise."

"Don’t hire Deven!!! Talked to the owner several times to get the ball rolling when another contract fell through. Always answered until the job was finished then avoided me because his crew left a mess and a hole wasn’t filled in. (See Pics). He used the neighbors electric and said he would pay the guy. That never happened. Never went back to clean up and fill in the hole and lied to a neighbor and myself. Deven has no character as a man and just wants the money. Pay less. Expect less though."

"I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. We received a quote from another business in which they quoted a high price without looking at the mobile home. We contacted Budget House Leveling. Before he gave us a quote, he came out and looked at our home. Their price was $900 LOWER than the first company. He was honest and explain everything before he quoted the price."
