"I told them 3 times I wanted 15-40 conventional oil. Then they proceeded to put a wrong size air filter in my truck I had to get off my truck and stop them, next day my truck is leaking oil all on my drive way they over filled it by 2 quarts truck was smoking and not running right change your own oil dint waste your time here"

They found it necessary to remove air intake elbow to do changes and didn’t tighten it back up and left me on the side of the road fixing their mistakes. Simple mistakes like these leave room for major mistakes."
"I've been here in the past and it was an okay place. Now it's terrible. i went for an oil change which seemed to take way too long. After they finally finished I drove out of the bay so I could go pay. I looked back and old oil was pouring down to the ground.l from my engine. They had me drive back around and they attempted to clean the old oil off by pouring windshield washer down my engine. It's still dripping out a day later. Now I've got to crawl under my car and clean what should have never been dirty. Will not go back ever."
