"Having a hard time with the insurance it's already been a month and they still working on it don't recommend it"
"Buyer beware. I was happy with my appliances purchase that I decided to go for a bedroom set. Looks beautiful but cheap quality the bed frame broke within 2 months. The mattress tore from one side but I knew wouldn't be covered because I spilled some coffee. I called about the warranty on my washer to find out that they switched to True Care and they have been absolutely horrible I'm going on over 2 weeks with no washer having to waste money at the laundromat. I called Famsa and they just transfer me back to them. I called and asked for a manager to see what can be done all to be told i have to go through them. Basically have to wait when they are good and ready. Warranty is not worth it and I wouldn't recommend wasting your hard earned money here."
"Giving 2 stars because the variety and the good looking furniture. Deducting 1 star because the quality is not that good. My bed has broke twice. First time however they did warranty it and had it fixed. Deducting 2 more stars for price. If you're financing, please be careful. I feel I over payed for my stuff especially the mattress. I payed $1600 just for mattress. They also say they will throw in a free memory foam pillow. But if you go to the last paper on the paperwork (provided day of delivery) you will see they charge $79 for that pillow. My advice, shop around and look at options don't commit at first furniture store. Best of luck to all."
