"My personal experience the dr seemed very thorough, but when it came to figuring out financial they seemed more interested in the money aspect then trying to get me back to healthy and even asked for more then what I had up front to start, had the audacity to tell me “you seem like you need more time to think about it” “how about you call us and reschedule your treatment plan when your ready” I was very frustrated and nearly in tears when I walked out of this office. I’m trying my best as a single mom without insurance, it was like what I had wasn’t good enough. I’ve used same company before just different office/location, and the manager there was very eager and did everything she could on paper to start my entire treatment that same day, I still have the recipient of the plan. I’ve just moved and lost my job since then and fell off track. I’m trying to get back on track again and came I knowing I had to start all over again."

There was a lot to do and as he proceeded I began to realize that he could take care of me. He was knowledgeable, well-trained and thorough during the entire process. Had expressed to him before the process began that I had anxiety with dentists and he assured me that his first concern was to make me comfortable and confident from start to finish. And he did.
