"The desk lady is so rude and only speaks well whenever she wants to. No one ever really explains what they are about to do. They take in a lot of clients during times when it’s completely packed when they know they have a small waiting area, they’ll try to cover it up with the “we’re trying to help as many people as we can” but be serious they only want your money and the faster they get you in a chair is when they get their paychecks. Still have some type of glue mixture stuck on my teeth and when I asked for it to be removed they just left it there. Anyways this was my experience with them, if you’ve had better then that’s good but highly recommend to look elsewhere and weight out your options of dentists in Tyler."

"First and foremost I have to say that I wish I could give them 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my 3rd dentist to see about the many issues that I have going on in my mouth and it was by far the absolute MOST AMAZING experience! From Deanna in the back office verifying my insurance and getting me in the very next morning! (Which is rare!) To Mary at the front desk greeting us with a beautiful smile and being extremely attentive to our specific needs! Then my girl Jessica A. wowwwed me with her magnetic personality and kept me laughing with her great sense of humor. Then came Jessica O.! She has a dazzling personality, impeccable bedside manner and she was very patient with all the questions we had from beginning to end! Dr K was hands down, the most polite dentist I have ever experienced! He was thorough and explained each step very carefully so that we understood the reason "why" behind each phase of treatment. Last and most definitely not least..... Kendra! She came out and explained the numbers with us. Usually that is the most confusing part of the past visits I've had. However, Kendra broke it down and encouraged us to focus only on the next step, then the next and so on and so forth! I have found my new "Home" dentist for my whole family! "Wow! They are awesome. Very affordable with easy payment plans even for "not-so-perfect " credit. My insurance paid after all but initially they saw me as a cash patient and it was only $39 I couldn't believe it. Dr K has a lot of experience and was even able to keep me at that location for my implant I'm planning soon. The entire staff works really well together and they're all so very nice."
