"I had ordered two items and had a discount that the store still had up on their website. Order went through and I thought I was waiting for the items… reviewing my emails I sat that Rainehills had canceled my order and gave no explanation. I then sent an email asking what happened. I received a response saying there was a mistake/glitch and that specific discount shouldn’t have been available so they canceled my order! In my opinion this is very poor customer service seeing as this was their mistake. I have been a customer for years and will no longer shop here due to the poor service and handling of my order."

"Bought one of the Axis print totes. The pictures or actually picture is not up close and not clear. When I received the purse I was very unhappy. Its plastic and looks very cheap. I wanted this purse for a year and could finally buy it and I'm completely unsatisfied. They won't take it back because I ordered it with my initials. Do Not over-pay for this purse. There are better options out there!!!"
