"Went in brought some items you know you don’t think anything of the price when they are scanning cause it adds up. go to my car and check the receipt the cashier scanned an item twice. Which wasn’t the problem it happens. but had my gf go back in and get it sorted out they only took one item off and left the other even after showing them their mistake it hasn’t been returned on to my card believe this store has a racial issue will not be returning!!!"

"I recently had a situation where I realized when I got home that the boots I bought did not match. I went back to the store to return them and much to my dismay they didn’t have anymore of the boots I wanted in stock to correct the mishap. The sales associate that helped me was Tiani (I hope I spelled that right) - she graciously offered, after she processed my return, to check in the back and see if by chance they had placed the missing partners aside. Sure enough they did! She came back with the partner to the boots! I was so elated and also so thankful that she went the extra mile to try to resolve the situation. I loved those boots and was gonna be super bummed to not walk away with them. Thank you so much for making my day!"

"Place is hard to go through the racks and the racks aren't necessarily in order of size. People just look at clothes and shove them back wherever they're standing. Smalls are with larges etc. The aisles are so small two shoppers with carts cannot make it down the same aisle. After shopping, there was a line wrapped all around from the registers way into the clothing rack area around the corners. I almost dropped my cart off and left, but the line moved quickly and the employees working the registers were great."

"This is a favorite store of mine. Their purse selection is so good. A variety of colors, and name brands. I love this store. I can always find the best pajamas and robes, so soft. And the kitchen area, always full of really nice dishes. I get excited just walking into this store because they always have a lot of new things daily. Well stocked on everything from beauty to accessories and kid clothes/ toys. Thanks Tj Maxx"

"Well in all my life I’ve never been told I couldn’t take my son in with me to try on these 2 dresses. He has special needs and cannot be left alone. The attendant wanted me to leave him outside sitting while I tried on the dresses. That did not happen. I’m kind of upset that she just didn’t let him sit in the dressing room while I quickly tried on these 2 dresses. I’ve learned to do things quickly, but I guess she didn’t think so. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time I’d visit this store. Sorry some people don’t understand my situation."
