"The only reason I keep coming back is because my girls like buying clothes here. The problem is their clothes are overpriced and falls apart after one use. The jewelry is cheap. They only give you a voucher if you need to return to come back and purchase their cheap stuff. I continue to say cheap because it literally falls apart. They will not mention that certain items are not returnable and even though it is printed in very tiny print on receipt it doesn't matter because you can't read it until after your purchase. I asked the sales girl for a gift receipt and she gave it to me without mentioning one item was not returnable. They do help you look for what you need but can't hide their facial expressions. They are not the friendliest. Don't waste your money like I have."

"Today I came into Chloe Rose looking for a dress for a wedding. I am very picky with my style so it usually takes me forever to find the right outfit. Today, I was helped by Natalia. She was so sweet and asked me specific questions about what I was looking for. She was warm and welcoming but not pushy, which I loved. Her and the owner even helped me pick shoes to go with my outfit. The prices here are fair unlike some other boutiques I have been to. I had such a good experience and will definitely be back!"

"Had called to speak to the owner or manager Several times to let them know that my hair clip’s that I bought 2 weeks ago had broke. I don’t have thick hair and wore all of 2 times, so either defective or just cheap! They apparently don’t have the courtesy to return a customers phone call so I will give my money to another boutique making sure there is NO affiliation!!!"
