"I am a very pleased with the service that Kwik Kar offered i went in for an oil change and I was in and out before you know. All the staff were welcoming and friendly and even once my service was concluded the young gentleman(forgive me forgot his name) gave me ideas on what to take care next service; seeing as how all i could afford this time was my oil. I definitely paid attention and will return to these nice, hardworking young men. Thanks For keeping an Old woman(21+yrs experience) safe."

"Worst customer service I have ever received from a car repair shop and it came from the manager Wylie Steward. He was very rude in speaking with me and comes over very aggressive. I understood what he was trying to tell me but its the manner in which he spoke which was very aggressive and rude. He refused to do the work even though I paid for it and I was willing to accept any liability. He walked away from me multiple times and I never raised my voice once to this man. He needs to learn some customer service. It is no wonder that most of their customers are Groupon customers as they probably cannot get repeat customers due to Wylie customer service. Take your vehicle elsewhere"

"My second visit to Kwik Kar & the second location. This oil change was a $102 and they charged me a synthetic oil upcharge because they did not have the type of oil they used the first time? I need to pay more?? Make it make sense! Seems a little shady. P.S. This nasty, oily hand print on my tan Leather seats is icing on the cake. Similar to the way they crack your windows and it doesn't matter that it's raining and the rain gets inside but they use a paper towel to try to wipe that up. Just sloppy and horrible customer service."
