"I went to multiple auto stores for help finding the proper sized battery for my hybrid vehicle. I stopped at another AutoZone on Division St and I was sold the wrong battery size after asking to verify my battery size. I stopped at Arbrook Blvd and Robert Daniel helped me find the right battery and had the best customer service while doing so. He took the time to walk outside and verify my battery size and had the most patience while doing so. Our transaction took less than 10-15 minutes. "Don’t go to this location if you’re in a hurry or need to get anything accomplished in less than 30 minutes. It took 2 employees and the manager to help the 2 customers in front of us and it took 30 minutes for us to even get to the counter. The manager, Shantelle Owens, runs a disorganized store. My mom spoke up and said we were in a hurry, but Shantelle did not make eye contact or even acknowledge us, even though we were 5 feet away from her. The cashier, John, was respectful and quick to apologize for the wait, though."
"My son came to visit me from out of town and on the way his air conditioning quit cooling and it's 103° outside. Once again AutoZone to the rescue! There were only six stores in Texas that had these hoses in stock and I could not wait for them to be shipped because he would not be in town very long. Luckily one of those six stores was nearby. After I purchased the hoses I qualified for the $20 reward. I was able to use the reward to purchase a light that had burned out and save my son the $85 the mechanic wanted to charge for labor. It was no extra effort since I had to remove the front fascia to replace the air conditioner hose. Thank you Auto Zone for having the parts, prices, and rewards!!!"
