"Miguel here was wonderful! Had a tail light out and was going to change it myself at home. I noticed the screws were stripped and my DIY options weren't working. I went to O'Reilly's to buy the bulb and mentioned the screws to Miguel. He came out and took a look and immediately noticed I could use the socket wrench. I went back in to make the purchase and Miguel came out and removed the light and replaced it with the new one! He went above and beyond."
