"At around 2pm today (6/24) a gentleman in a Lawton manager’s vehicle chose to flip my family and I the bird while pulling into a very crowded gas station off 410 in SA. Unfortunately my young son was also in the car and witnessed this behavior. This was a very disgraceful act of impatience and as an owner of multiple commercial properties this is another reason why we will not choose to do business with Lawton Commercial Services."
"Recommend by a contractor that we've used. They said there would be a $75 service fee to come out and give estimate. I received estimate about 3 weeks after they came out and a bill for $390 for 2 hours of "labor" and "Consumables." No work was done. By that time we had already had another plumber come out and fix the leak. I get there are labor shortages and delays, but the upcharging when no work was done is inexcusable."
"At first, a technician came as scheduled, checked the problem, and got their money on that, promising to come back to fix it. But they didn't appear for a week, three successive no shows, even though I made a reservation every time. After a week, a new guy from Lawton appeared and asked me what the problem is? I am lost for words."
