"This location has really gone down in past few years. Was there the other evening and food was kinda cold, especially fries. Also management allows ALL trash cans to wayyyyy overflow which is public health hazard and very unaesthetic to diners. Also, the restaurant continues to use (apparently by taste and smell) unfiltered Grapevine city water to make its tea and for the soda fountain. And regardless of what the City of Grapevine says and the State says, Grapevine municipal water is nasty, tastes and smells bad. Use filtered and/or vendor spring water to make your tea and supply the "water" fountain at the beverage station"

"My first time visiting a braums the burger and fries were yummy. The cashier was friendly, had ice cream for dessert oh so creamy, and had many flavors to choose from. Reasonably priced food. They had a little grocery store connected, which was very convenient. The cashier at the store was also friendly."

"First time to a Braum’s. Kind of a strange concept to have fast food burgers and ice cream paired with a very limited mini mart. It would seem to make more sense in more remote areas but the Braum’s that I passed by are in suburban areas. Fairly limited menu centered on hamburgers. They have a separate line for ice cream and frozen yogurt. As far as fast food burgers go this one was pretty good. American cheese and traditional condiments. I think I chose the wrong ice cream for dessert. I didn’t really like my mint chocolate chip. I tried my son’s cookies and cream and that was much better. The store area has lots of to go ice cream. There is some fresh vegetables and fruits. Milk, cheese. I saw boxes of cereal. Loafs of bread. Some fresh meats. Some frozen foods. Just the very basics. Dining room had a lot of dirty tables. Ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. No straws or medium sized soda cup lids."

"We found this place in Oklahoma and when we saw they had them in Texas we were in. They have traditional food combinations. But, they have fantastic ice cream at an amazing price. We are huge fans of frozen desserts so we will definitely be back..."
