"Terrible customer service. Went into store and stood there waiting for lady to greet me, say anything, she just kept counting change. When I asked was she open, she said something about not reading my eyeballs, I asked do you normally great customers by opening your mouth because I can’t read eyeballs either. A clown show. Stay away."
"Staff acts like they don't want to sell to you and make it hard to shop there. The woman with the black mask wont let you hold the sharpened swords before buying them because, “She doesn't want to get attacked with it.” There’s also instructions for doing everything to include not touching certain clothing without help and not to bring drinks or food in the store. It’s in mall that sells food, so you have to finish your entire drink before going into the store."

"I love this store at the mall Asian Living!!! It has so much awesome anime stuff. It has demon slayer costumes, figurines, pillows, posters, banners, and other animee stuff as well. Not to mention beautiful Asian culture collective items. They have swords, knives, etc.. I really want to come back and purchase more things from this store."
