"After a 30 second discussion, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you’re looking for somebody who’s impolite and has an attitude problem, this is your guy! Comment on owner’s reply: The owner says I didn’t pay him for his work. When I got there, I politely asked if he could check the tire pressure and said I would give him a $10 gratuity. As he completed the first tire and moved to the second tire, I told him that it was not right by 4 psi (my car has a gauge on the dashboard for tire pressures which I told him I was checking) and asked him to please adjust it. His reply: “Do it yourself then”. Yes, after he said this, I told him to stop, not to bother and I drove off to another nearby garage that took care of it very quickly and cordially. The fact that, from his reply, he expected any money after this 30 second experience (literally 30 seconds of zero service) speaks for itself."
