"Purchased tires to p/u tires showed in stocks. After hitting purchase tires, not available for pick up. Never will purchase a dam thing from automotive department. When I went to pick up a week later it too 45 minutes to pick up."

"Walmart needs to understand that people have other things to do. Long story short, they received my car at 1:56.. it’s 3:46, I just told them to give me the keys back. & it wasn’t even next in line there was more in front .. employees are very nice and understanding.. they can’t help it when they have sucky management who never have enough staffing to service people right and leave the employees alone to take the blame. "I recently visited the Walmart Auto Care Center on August 8, 2023, at 6:45a.m., hoping to have some much-needed tire maintenance done before starting my day. However, my experience with their customer service left me extremely frustrated and disappointed, prompting me to leave this one-star review. Firstly, even though the center was supposed to open at 7am, I was informed that no technicians would be available until 9am. This two-hour delay without any prior notice was incredibly inconvenient and wasted my valuable time. I expected better planning and organization from a well-known establishment like Walmart. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager to address the issue, there were no managers available. This lack of managerial presence and accountability only added to the frustration of the situation. It seemed like customer service was not a priority for this store. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that Walmart's tire warranty system had changed, and the new system did not have any of my warranty info. The old system was broke. Since I needed a tire replacement, I was instructed to purchase a tire online and assured that the store would refund me accordingly. However, due to the unavailability of a manager, I was unable to process the refund for the tire I had purchased. Overall, my experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center was beyond disappointing. The lack of technicians, unavailability of managers, and the absence of a functioning tire warranty system demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic operational efficiency. I would strongly advise against relying on this establishment for any auto care services."

"Nov 2022 was my first time to have service at this auto center. Associate was very courteous. Did not pressure me to buy service that I don't need. Mechanic even gave me a thumb up when I was paying at the counter (a sign of confident at his work)."
