"Agent Karina Garza doesn’t not have the requirements nor the professionalism and common sense to look for clients under the system. As an insurance agent you should know to localize clients under their insurance policy NUMBER to have the accurate data. This caused me paying a additional payment $55 non refundable. In addition, Priorly Karina was charging me one price higher yet when the manager was present I only payed $2 To transfer vehicles. That is Complete prices!! To me that looks ver shady. I would advise everyone who goes to that insurance always watch out and request recipes on every transaction."

"My agent was Samantha Lopez at Woodforest Store She help me so much originally I had gotten Rental Insurance on line December 15. Today when I came in to pay my rental and vehicle insurance it could be found . We called Agent in McAllen TX due that they called me the day before to remind me of payment. Basically she told me they couldn’t give us the information I had to pay over the phone . Samantha helped me at this location as she saw that I was getting very frustrated.
